Story Star creates custom, illustrated books designed uniquely for each child.

Our registered business address is in the United Kingdom.

Ordering & Personalisation

Each book is personalised based on the details you provide during checkout (for example, your child’s name and other optional information).

Please review these details carefully before submitting your order — what you type is what will appear in the final printed book.

Once an order is placed, changes may not be possible due to the fast turnaround of our production process.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers.

We reserve the right to adjust prices or promotional discounts at any time, but any confirmed order will be honoured at the price paid.

Production & Delivery

Personalised books are typically printed and dispatched within 10–14 working days.

Delivery times may vary based on location and seasonal demand (especially around holidays).

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help track it down.

Returns & Replacements

Because every Story Star book is made to order and personalised, we cannot offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed.

If your book arrives damaged, with a printing error, or incorrect personalisation caused by us, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll investigate promptly and send you a replacement free of charge so your child receives their perfect story.

Intellectual Property

All text, artwork, images and designs on this website and within our books are the intellectual property of Story Star.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written permission.

Liability

We take great care to ensure every book is produced safely and accurately.

Story Star will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our products, except as required by UK law.

Privacy & Data

Your data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We only use your information to personalise and deliver your order safely.
